Day trip from Marrakech to Berber Villages by 4×4 through 3 valleys

Traveling by 4×4 lets you get to the hidden places where the large tour buses can’t go. Depending on the season, you may discover lush slopes covered with sheep or snow-covered summits, verdant valleys full of almond blossom, orchards of apples and plums or multi-tiered terraces full of vegetables and wheat. Our private day trip from Marrakech takes us into 3 valleys.

Our journey into the secrets of Morocco will take you from the red city of Marrakech across to the landscapes of Lalla Takerkoust with its huge lake, up the winding road to Aguergour and onto the vast Plateau de Kik where you may see donkeys ploughing the land to plant the wheat, from here you can clearly see the backdrop of the High Atlas Mountains which may be covered in snow. By taking these trails you will have many an opportunity and a desire to take lots of fantastic pictures. From here we continue through the holy town of Moulay Brahim and descend through apple orchards to the market town of Asni, from here we continue to the beautiful lush Ourika valley where you will have the lunch in one of the riverside restaurants where steaming tagines fill the air with their tempting aromas. After lunch we drive back to Marrakech.
