Sahara Tripper is a small, independent desert-tour operator based on the edge of the Moroccan Sahara. Our team is made up of Berber guides, professional drivers, camp cooks, and route planners — most of us were born within a day's drive of the dunes we now guide travellers across.
We started in 2014 with a single 4x4 and one rule: never sell a trip we would not personally take with our own family. More than a decade and 4,800 travellers later, that is still the rule.
Every itinerary on this site is operated directly by us. There are no resellers, no anonymous call centres, no surprise hand-offs to a third party at the airport. When you book with Sahara Tripper, the person planning your trip, the driver collecting you, the guide walking you across the dunes, and the cook serving your dinner are all on our payroll.
We cap every group at eight guests. Smaller groups mean quieter dunes, faster pace decisions, and the freedom to rearrange a day on the fly if you want an extra hour somewhere beautiful.
