These Terms & Conditions govern your use of saharatripper.com and any tour booked with Sahara Tripper. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and issue a written confirmation. Deposit amounts and balance due dates are listed in your booking confirmation. All prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and lost luggage.
For safety, weather, or operational reasons we may need to alter an itinerary. If a material change is required we will offer the closest practical alternative or a proportional refund.
Sahara Tripper takes reasonable care in arranging your tour but is not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, civil disturbance, or third-party supplier failure. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
We may take photos or video during tours for marketing use. Let your guide know on arrival if you prefer not to appear in them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
